The case is slightly flexible so it wont shatter like those clear hard plastic cases. It has minor little defects along the edges where it snaps together but not noticeable unless you're really looking for them.
Note: the "white" lines on the case are just clear spots so it will show whatever is underneath the case ex: a skin you put on the phone...
Definitely would recommend!
