Since motorola v300 is a blue phone, probably more suitable color for women (going by the shade), i prefer to cover it up with something like this which is black and more masculin. It looks pretty cool, and gives your phone a sporty look. However, it certainly would not go on a business attire. Shop for something in leather if you need it on a business suit, or leave your phone in your laptop bag.
The body is all rubber, it fits well, leaves the camera lens exposed, and allows you to charge or plug in data cable, headset etc. Since it's rubber, its a little hard unlike a leather case which would be more flexible. The belt clip is convenient, but I have seen better belt clips. The release is easy but secure.
All in all, I took a little time to get used to it, but since it makes my phone look so cool, and protects it very well, I am hooked onto it, and am not going back to plastic holster or other motorola OEM case I tried earlier. (fairly satisfied with those too, but my phone dropped occassinally and the cases broke too quickly). This one looks quite durable.
