(More customer reviews)Picked it up at Best Buy in person for about $20, so the wife would be able to play music from her phone to her church group. Uses three (3) AAA batteries, nice mesh catch for the phone/player on the inside, 2.5 adapter comes attached to the 3.5 on the cord, all tucks snugly inside. Nice hard-ish shell, foam insert inside, would travel well on a belt (has a simple carabiner on it).
It's only shortcoming to me is that there are no external controls; on/off switch is inside, volume is controlled by your player/phone, and any other controls are hidden inside.
But, for $20? I'll go buy a second one for me! And perhaps hack up some external controls for a Make Magazine article.
