It turned out this is among the coolest and best made iPhone 3G cover out there. The purple is shiny and beautiful, the shell fits perfectly. And the cover that comes w/ the shell is wonderful (it is actually shiny like a mirror - matching the shiny shell - but when you turn on the phone's screen, it's transparent). Two thumbs up!!!
