(More customer reviews)For almost every phone I've ever had, I have purchased screen protectors of some kind for the outside screen to protect them from scratches. I recently upgraded to a Pantech Jest which has only one large, unproteced display screen (a big difference from the env style phone I had before). Since my phone is usually crammed in my pocket along with spare change and keys, I wanted a good screen protector that would keep loose items from scratching it. This Skinomi TechSkin has done an exceptional job!
When you first read the instructions it sounds complicated and cumbersome, especially the part where you are supposed to leave your phone off for 12-24 hours which is impossible for me because I'm a text crazy teenager. Although I did turn off the phone during instillation which took about ten minutes, I turned it back on after I was done and it seemed to have no effect on the TechSkin or my phone. As long as you keep spraying your fingers with the residue spray that is included in the package, instillation is relatively easy. It can be a little tricky to get it aligned just right without covering the buttons on the phone, but the spray stuff gives you the opportunity to move it around until it is properly adjusted.
All of the small bubbles that I couldn't push to the edges of the phone have dissipated, just as the directions stated they would, so now it looks fantastic and is protecting my phone from scratches. =D
